• {{{extension}}} for extension name
• {{{image}}} for optional image file (excluding File: prefix)
• {{{doc-page}}} page of documentation on mediawiki.org (OR, use)

  {{{doc-url}}} for url of documentation on mediawiki.org, with {{{doc-label}}} for the display text

• {{{wikiteq-maintained|}}} (set to any value) for indicating that WikiTeq maintains the extension
• {{{bundled|}}} version that the extension was first bundled with MediaWiki, if any
