This wiki has the IframePage extension installed, which adds a special page, Special:IframePage, that can be transcluded to embed iframe elements. The special page is used with a subpage parameter that must be allowed in the configuration via $wgIframePageSrc.
For example, on this wiki the extension is configured to allow transcluding https://wikiteq.com. That is what shows up if you navigate to Special:IframePage, but you can also tranclude the page:
