This wiki has the SaveSpinner extension installed, which adds a nice spinner overlap while edits are saving.
The spinner is reproduced as closely as possible below through the use of the TemplateStyles extension. Normally the spinner's background box covers the entire page with a semi-opaque overlay, but here it is restricted in size so that the rest of the page can be read.
