This wiki has the SimpleChanges extension installed, which adds a new special page, Special:SimpleChanges, which is a simplified version of Special:RecentChanges that only shows the title of pages that have changed.
It can also be embedded, using {{Special:SimpleChanges/10}} to show the last 10 pages that have changed. Additional filtering is possible the same way it is for embedding Special:RecentChanges, see the documentation for details.
